This article was alot of work but it was worth it. Fall is my favorite season and there’s so many elements I wanted to include. All the different things that I love about Fall. So here we go!
It’s a Wonderful
So I want to start this one off with a bang!! This is my favorite cocktail in this post. I really let my creative side go. I started with the garnishes.
Everybody freeze

So since I wanted to add butterfly pea tea ice cubes I know I have to add lemon juice. I also want to make it whimsical because that’s all the elements of Alice in Wonderland.
Drink Me
- 1 1/2 oz white rum
- 1 oz Italicus Rosalio Bergamotto Liqueur
- 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 oz sirop Earl Grey syrup
- 1 tablespoon of dragonfruit
- 1 butterfly pea tea ice cube
- 1 dehydrated blood orange peel rose and mint leaf for garnish
Add dragonfruit, syrup and lemon juice then muddle. Add rum and Italicus. Muddle briefly. Add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain. Add ice cube and garnish.
** while you are enjoying your cocktail the ice cube will gradually leak purple into you drink!

A Lovely Day
This next cocktail is named for how it was inspired. With these recent years it’s still hard to just take breath and have a good day. I went out with my family and some close friends to Becker Farms Apple Orchard. It ended up being something I needed and the view was wonderful. While observing the scene I discovered a patch of wild flowers. The apples to in abundance and I couldn’t resist turning this into something beautiful.
- 2 oz Pisco
- 1/2 oz Frangelico
- 1/2 oz lychee syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup diced golden delicious apple
- 1 egg white
- Edible wild flowers
Add apples, lemon juice and lychee syrup and muddle. Add Pisco, Frangelico and egg white. Dry shake. Add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain. Garnish with with flowers.
I wanted to do a Reeses’s cocktail but let’s face it “chocolate martinis” are burned out. I mean for me at least. I wanted to approach it differently. This is what I came up with!
Reeses’s Rim
I decided to incorporate the actual candy but not let it take away from the rest of cocktail. So I decided to feature the peanut butter. So this is what I did.
I then took a frozen Reese’s pumpkin and carved the chocolate off. Put it back in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Then use a peeler and gently carved the peanut butter into flakes. I then diced it gently to keep the pieces separated. Then collected the pieces to store them in a container in the freezer.
You’re Skrewed

Like I said earlier I didn’t want to make it another chocolate martini so I decided to leave all coffee and cream liquors out! I also want to cut the sweetness with some acidity so this is I came up with!
- 1 1/2 oz Screwball peanut butter whiskey
- 3/4 oz creme de cacao
- 1 oz cognac
- 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 oz chocolate syrup
- 2-3 drops chocolate bitters
- chocolate syrup and Reese’s crumble for rim
Prep glass by rubbing a thin layer of chocolate syrup on one side. Then dip it lightly in peanut butter crumble.
Then add all ingredients to shaker and add ice. Shake vigorously and strain into glass.

The Blood Cocktail

- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz PAMA pomegranate liquor
- 1/2 oz pomegranate simple syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 large strawberries
- Pomegranate sparkling soda
- Dehydrated blood orange for garnish
Add strawberries, lemon juice and syrup. Muddle. Then add liquors, ice and shake. Double strain on top with soda. Then garnish!

And of course it wouldn’t Halloween without some fun cocktails. These will definitely entertain you guest and ate super easy!
Monster’s Ink

- 2 oz Butterfly Pea tea gin **
- 1/2 oz blue curacao
- 1/2 oz creme de Violette
- 1/4 oz luxardo maraschino liquor
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- Blue Raspberry soda
- 1 dehydrated lime wheel
Add all ingredients except the soda. Add ice and shake. Strain and top with soda. Garnish with wheel .

Something wrong in the Neighborhood
So as someone who grew up on the Ghostbusters I have to include my boy Slimer. So this is what I came up with.
The Slimers

To make note I made these as shots but it could definitely be a cocktail on ice with the same measurements!
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1 1/2 oz Midori
- 1 oz sage syrup
- 1 oz fuji apple juice (cold pressed if possible)
- Green sugar and lime wedge for rim
Rub lime on one side of the rim and dip in sugar. Add all ingredients to shaker and add ice and shake vigorously. Strain and bottoms up!

Now yes this is about Halloween cocktails but how can you not incorporate the essence of Fall. I decided to add figs to my lists because I simply I felt like it. So here’s what I came up with.
You’d Fig-ure

- 11/2 oz Figenza (fig vodka)
- 1 oz Italicus Rosalio Bergamotto Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Homemade starfruit syrup (see Fruits of you labor)
- 1/2 fig
- 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Spiced cherry bitter
- 1 edible flower for garnish
Add fig, syrup and lemon juice and muddle. Add vodka, Italicus and egg white. Dry shake. Then add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain. Add 2 drops of Spiced cherry bitters). Garnish with flower.

The Spicy Cinn

- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz Spicy Pear liquor
- 3/4 oz pear syrup
- 1/2 bosc pear chopped up
- 1 egg white
- Pinch of Cinnamon
Add pears and syrup and muddle. Add liquors and egg white. Dry shake. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain with hawthorne. Garnish with a pinch of Cinnamon.

This cocktail came out extremely smooth with just a little kick. As an afterthought this would be great for the winter as well!
It wouldn’t be fall without it
And you guessed it! If you said Pumpkin Spice. I don’t have it very often but even I can admit you can’t have fall without it. So here we go!
The Onekin Done

- 2 oz Rye whiskey
- 3/4 oz pumpkin spice syrup
- 1-2 oz Johnson Estate maple white wine
- 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Sparkling Limon soda
- 1 dehydrated blood orange wheel for garnish
Add whiskey, syrup and lemon juice. Add ice and shake. Pour over ice. Add 1-2 oz of maple white wine. Top with soda. Garnish with wheel.

Well there you have! Some amazing cocktails to start off the season. Now go out there a bring in the season!
