So I recently tried Curiada a couple months ago because there was a spirit I could not find it anywhere in my area.
My first purchase was Italicus Rosalio Bergamotto Liqueur. And I must say it has become one of my favorites. It was very reasonably priced shipping with great products. It was packaged well and came very quick. The purchasing process was much less complicated than other websites I have been to. They have many choices with excellent flavor descriptions. All sorts of unique products you can’t find anywhere. They also provide numerous recipes for their products.
I was able to have a phone chat with Joey Robinson the Chief Marketing Officer of Curiada. We had a very pleasant conversation. He gave some wonderful recommendations. These are purchases I made for this post.
- Mount Rigi Swiss Apertif
- Suze Apertif
- Cocchi Americano Rosa Aperitivo
A Little Sunshine
- 1 oz Mount Rigi Swiss Apertif
- 1/4 Suze Apertif
- 1 oz guava juice
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- Sparkling Rose
- Guava soda
- Lemon peel garnish
Add guava juice, Suze, Mount Rigi and ice. Shake and pour over ice. Top with desired amount of rose and soda.

The Bloody Blood Orange
- 1 1/2 Mount Rigi Swiss Apertif
- 1 oz blood orange liquor
- 1/2 oz blood orange syrup
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 blood orange chopped
- 1 egg white
- 1 dehydrated blood orange wheel for garnish
Add chopped blood orange, syrup and muddle. Add lime juice, Mount Rigi, blood orange liquor, egg white and dry shake. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain with hawthorne and garnish with blood orange.

Not Red Wine
This cocktail includes the Cocchi Americano Rosa Aperitivo. I came up with cocktail for a recent video demonstration. I gave it this name because when I first tried I swear it tasted like a refreshing red wine. I realized the flavor undertone was from the Cocchi. Just a small amount made a world of difference.
- 2 oz Pisco
- 1/2 oz Cocchi Americano Rosa Aperitivo
- 1/2 oz Raspberry liquor
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 4-5 Raspberries
- Lemon peel for garnish
Add Raspberries, syrup, lemon juice and muddle. Add spirits ice and shake. Double strain over ice. Garnish with lemon peel.

These are just 3 of the cocktails I came up with. The recommendations were spot on and were exactly what I was looking for. Not to mention prices are reasonable and shipping is quick.
